Who: B&Q What: e-commerce platform optimisation Role: UX Architect / MVT Lead Results: I drove multiple “quick wins” for B&Q to improve their purchase conversion on diy.com by locating usability issues with their responsive e-commerce site and leveraging data from 3rd party platforms (Adobe Site Catalyst, Clicktale, Foresee and Maxymiser)- leading to an overall increase in purchase conversion via multiple successful AB/MVT tests at rate of 20.85%.
